Plus, you’ll be trained to provide professional care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses—right up until EMS arrives. When you successfully complete the course, you’ll earn an American Red Cross Lifeguarding certificate (including deep water), along with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certifications. These are valid for two years and open up many opportunities for you!
